The handling capacity depends on the product type and palletizing requirements. For standard carton products, our standard palletizing robot can handle 8–12 pieces per minute; for bagged products (like 40kg fertilizer bags), it can handle 8–10 pieces per minute. We can also adjust the speed for customized needs.

One year from the date of shipment. During the warranty period, if the product has quality problems (under the normal operating state), the supplier is responsible for replacement of the broken parts, free of charge. The following situations within the warranty period are not free:

• If the parts are damaged due to illegal operation of the buyer or environmental factors, the buyer shall purchase and replace the parts from the supplier and bear the corresponding costs.
• The replacement of consumable parts within the warranty period does not belong to the free scope; the free spare parts delivered with the machine belong to consumable parts.

To match you with the right model, please share:

• What is the maximum weight of the goods to be palletized (e.g. 10kg/case or 50kg/bag)?
• What are the dimensions of the products/cartons (length × width × height)?
• Do you need a fixed-station or mobile collaborative palletizer? Is there a specific working space limitation (e.g. narrow aisles)?

Once you share these details, we can quickly match you with models that fit your production capacity, product specifications and space constraints — along with technical parameters and efficiency data for your evaluation.

• For case erectors: What type of carton style do you use (e.g. RSC regular slotted carton, HSC half-slotted carton)? What are the carton’s flat dimensions?
• For carton sealers: Do you require tape sealing, hot melt glue sealing, or both? Will the cartons be sealed on the top only, bottom only, or both?

Under normal circumstances, after the machines arrive the buyer must connect electric and air supplies into the machines, then the seller shall send a technician to install the production line. The buyer shall pay their round-trip air tickets from the China factory to the buyer’s factory, the visa charge, food, transportation and accommodation. The working time of technicians is 8 hours per day with a daily salary of USD 60/person. The buyer shall also provide an English–Chinese translator to assist the technicians.

Our sales manager and engineer will guide and support you by video, picture or phone communication. With visa, international flight and entry policies permitting, if the buyer requires an engineer to travel for support, the seller shall send a technician to install the machine, and the buyer shall pay the visa charge, round-trip air tickets, food, transportation and accommodation in the buyer’s city. The salary of the technician is USD 60/day/person.

We provide a “1+1” dual-track training program:

• On-site training: after installation and commissioning, technicians provide 1–2 days of on-site training for your operators and maintenance personnel, covering equipment startup and shutdown, parameter settings, routine inspections and simple troubleshooting (such as replacing tape on carton sealers and calibrating the light source for visual inspection machines).
• Document support: a paper version of the Operation Manual and Maintenance Guide are provided, together with recorded operation videos that can be stored on workshop computers or mobile devices. New employees can review and learn from them at any time.

Our professional installation team performs on-site installation and commissioning. In typical scenarios, installation and commissioning fees are included in the purchase price and are not an additional charge. Before installation we confirm the site preparation requirements with you (such as power interface specifications, floor load-bearing capacity and air supply pressure). After installation we conduct a no-load test run and a test with material, to ensure that production capacity and accuracy meet the contracted standards before acceptance and delivery.

Yes. We will arrange for a technical engineer to work with you. Through an on-site survey, or by providing your workshop layout diagram and existing production line parameters (such as conveyor speed and product specifications), combined with your requirements for collaborative palletizing, case opening and sealing and visual inspection, we will provide a customized plan that includes equipment placement, signal connection methods and capacity matching calculations. We can make 2–3 free revisions before the plan is confirmed, to ensure it is fully compatible with your production scenario.
